April 9, 2014 Wednesday Letter

Dear Parents,

We are fully vested in the final quarter of this school year and want to make the most of the eight weeks that remain. In addition to academics, many fun, exciting school activities are planned and we look forward to seeing parents and students at these events! This is also registration season for returning and new families. Please be sure to follow all of the steps to re-register your child if he or she is returning for the 2014-15 school year. Applications for tuition assistance cannot be processed through FACTS without income verification, so make sure this critical step is followed. The signed contract is the final requirement that secures your child’s re-enrollment, so please sign and return the contract when it is sent home next week on April 16.

Have a beautiful week!

Mrs. Lori Riti

If your child participated in any sport during any season this school year, he or she needs to wear or bring in the team/squad uniform this Friday, April 11. We will take all team pictures on that day for the year book.  This includes cheerleading. (Please bring pom poms.)This is our last chance to get the pictures taken.

Unsigned checks must be returned to the State Dept. of Education next week. Please arrange to sign your check if you haven’t done so already.

The Origami Owl fundraiser with Stephanie Fearn was one of our most successful fall fundraisers. It was so successful that we are going to offer it again for Spring! With Mother’s Day and graduation just around the corner, this is the perfect time to create a special keepsake for yourself or as a gift for a loved one. With the new Spring lines from Origami Owl, it couldn’t be easier to tell your unique story. Two of the most exciting new releases are a lighthouse charm and a bully proof shield charm! To be a part of this fundraiser, you can place an order online at http://www.serendipity.origamiowl.com/parties/DeLaSalleAcademyFundraiser255477/collections.ashx .
Remember to share this information with your family and friends! Anyone can place an order and directly benefit De LaSalle. The fundraiser will run until Wednesday, April 30. Help us make this Home and School Association fundraiser a huge success!
